How We Work

Facilitated in a trauma-sensitive way, everything will be invitational – participants will be able to choose if you would like to do what is offered or not, and how (options and modifications will be offered and more are always welcome!).

We are keeping groups small to ensure comfort and attention. In the space in Hackney, London, there are additional spaces with sofas and plants in the building if you wish to step out of the workshop to take a break. If it would be helpful to visualise the space before coming, please let us know and we will provide you with visual descriptions and/or photos.

As part of each workshop there will grounding invitations, breaks, check ins & check outs, and intentional time to reflect.

If you have any concerns or access needs (including for physical or mental health), please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Tellmore and Traumascapes are both surivor-led organisations.

Traumascapes is dedicated to changing the ecosystem of trauma and creating new horizons for survivors through art and science.
